Today I would like to share my first design team project as a new member of J&S Hobbies and Crafts Design Team. I used chipboard as the base to create the top hat, Designs by Shellie Beauty in Blues paper stack, Kasiercraft Paper Bloom Flowers, Prima Flowers Garden Fable, Bling Trim and Generic White and Blue cardstock.
